Registrations for the 2nd international and quadrilingual e-RYLA are open.
After “leadership and ethics” in 2020, the theme for this year is:
Leadership in the digital age
This 2nd international quadrilingual e-RYLA is organized by Rotarians and Rotaractors from several European countries: the e-club del Mediterráneo (Spain), the e-Club of Cologne (Germany) and the Rotary e-Club Paris International (France), from our District 1660, for France.
The 4 languages are German, English, Spanish and French. There will be no translation, participants will follow the language(s) they understand.

The amount of the contribution is 10€, which will be donated to the Rotary Foundation for the project that works to eradicate Polio.

Participation of Holger Knaack
We will have the pleasure and honor to welcome Holger Knaack, President of Rotary International 2020-2021, on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. (GMT+1)

The speakers


Marie-Laure Charles
CEO of subsidiaries abroad and executive officer of companies such as Thales, Engie, ADP and President and Founder of the Rotary e-Club Paris International.
Marie-Laure Charles is also a reserve officer in the French Navy, vice-president of the European movement and former vice-president of France’s Foreign Trade Advisors for Latin America.
Quadrilingual French – English – Spanish – Portuguese, she has been organizing this e-Ryla for two years.


José María Bailén
Doctor in Economic Sciences, with post-doctorate at the University of Chicago under the supervision of Gary Becker, 1992 Nobel Prize winner in Economics. IMF economist from 1997 to 2006, where he worked directly on 9 countries. An independent consultant on financial programming and macroeconomics, he has worked for the Swiss Government advising the finance ministries of Vietnam and Azerbaijan.
Rotarian since January 2010, past president of the Rotary e-Club of the Mediterranean (2019/20)


Martina Spann
Mom of two. Former banker and stockbroker. Sworn and certified translator for Spanish and German. Public Relations for the Jores investment fund. MSc in development management with a focus on countries with armed conflict. Ongoing PhD studies in education; thesis on “Peer mediation in schools in Medellín, Colombia”.
In this context we achieved a Global Grant from the Rotary Foundation for the school mediation project ‘Hagamos las Paces’ together with the Rotary Club Medellín.
Volunteer in educational projects and on a school board for 20 years.
Member of Rotary since 2015 and current member of the Rotary E-club Silicon Valley, USA.


Toni Navarro
Toni Navarro is a Certified Digital Marketing Consultant and Trainer with over 12 years of experience helping businesses internationally.
After completing his degree at Esic Business & Marketing School, he started his career working as a CMO for various companies in Spain, until he decided to move to Manchester in 2014 to participate in some international projects.
Since 2016 he has been running his own Digital Marketing agency called Toni Navarro Consulting. A Marketing consultancy business which has helped more than 50 businesses succeed with effective marketing.

MBA from the Instituto de la Empresa and CEO of Tutellus.


Esteban Tejedor
Computer Engineer, MBA and Master Coach / Trainer.
He started his career as a programmer and analyst in Spain, after which he worked as a digital nomad, living in different countries, until he created his own enterprise, first in Vietnam and after in the United Kingdom. The last one, in the Education industry.
During his last years in the UK, he has organized hundreds of cultural events and personal development courses and workshops. Now, he does it online.

Dan Deville
Dan Deville is the President of an international recruiting firm, Deville Group Executive Recruitment, which he founded 13 years ago.
A graduate of the Institut d´Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Faculty of the Sorbonne, he has served as President, CEO and International Director of numerous international companies such as Thales, Cap Gemini, Xerox and Bull Atos.
He specializes in the national and international recruitments of managers and executives, face-to-face and remotely, and will be able to provide the “recipes” which allow them to be recruited in the best possible way in the current context.

Anne Mathon
Anne Mathon graduated from engineering school and has been a computer consultant for 20 years. In the first part of her career, she was an expert in supervision and hypervision tools, she is now Capacity Manager.
